Off ko nung Friday. Monday, off ko ulet. Me maganda naman pala akong nagawa.
Ang totong kwento. Babala nakakahiya.
First time kasi namin matutulog ng hindi magkasabay.

Top performer 4 d month of June
Last Friday, I was on my rest day when our team had our monthly General Assembly. Part of the program was to give credit to the TSRs who have done a great job for the month of June. I am one of them. When I heard the news a day before the event, I was not excited anymore. Not because, most of the time I am being commended already for a job well done but often they do this but give little efforts in making our stay at work more enjoying and less stressful. Not to mentioned, an agent is being credited for this month but there is a possibility that he / she could be enrolled for PIP "Performance Improvement Plan" the next month. How ironic!
Don't get me wrong. I really love what I am doing. It's just that the SYSTEM here is really getting in2 my nerves. As in! Pero salamat parin ke Lord me work ako.
Anyweiz…I do receive little things from our account…I was asked to pick 3 trinkets 2 weeks ago and I got a clock, an I.D. lace, and a plastic tumbler. All company branded that's why I love them very much. The next trinket I would like to bring home is a backpack.
Here's my pic 1 day after the event. I let my ofcm8 take a pic of me in case I lost this very priceless sheet of paper.(wag nyo na pansinin yung multo sa likod ko) haha!

Synopsis: A modest building manager named Cleveland Heep rescues a mysterious young woman from danger and discovers she is actually a narf, a character from a bedtime story who is trying to make the treacherous journey from our world back to hers. As Cleveland falls deeper and deeper in love with the woman, he works together with the tenants to protect his new fragile friend from the deadly creatures that reside in this fable and are determined to prevent her from returning home.
Seeing the 1st movie trailer, I was kinda hesitant to watch it. It was not even in my "next movie to watch" list. I watched "Signs" and "The Sixth Sense" of Night Shyamalan but I was so disappointed with "The Village". Not like what I have expected it to be when I saw the trailer and I thought "Lady in the water" is just another movie I will regret watching. But after I saw the full trailer, I changed my mind .
Ate nida (my cousin's girlfriend) gave us two premiere tickets of the movie. Good thing, it was my rest day yesterday so I didn't have to apply for a vacation leave…saying din yun.
Anyways, I have already given the synopsis of the movie above so I'll cut this short…
Being a movie critic, would I recommend that you watch it?
YES!
Next movies to watch:

About the editor / creator of TITANIC : TWO THE SURFACE
"Hello!" to everyone taking interest in who I am. My real name isn’t Derek Johnson—that is a pen name that I decided to use for this project. My real name is Robert Blankenheim. I am 25 years old, reside in Los Angeles, CA, and am a graduate of Chapman University. I came up with this Titanic parody trailer idea over five years ago, but at the time I wasn't technically able to create it. In the past five years I have learnt how to use programs such as Adobe After Effects and Lightwave and they have helped me to transform my trailer idea into a reality
This trailer was entirely of my own making—including the editing and the visual effects. It took 23 films and months and months of work, but I finally released it on April 3rd. Since then it has been viewed over 1.5 million times—more than I could ever have imagined! On one hand I wish I could have released it 5 years ago to beat the whole “mashup trailer” boom, but then again, I wouldn’t have had as much DiCaprio footage to cut from. So in the end I guess it was better that I waited.
I am completely amazed at how much my work has delighted so many people. I have received e-mails from people from all over the globe. I heard that the Hong Kong newspaper printed an article in their newspaper about my trailer, and a German company interviewed me last week for a feature article on their website. In addition, my trailer has been seen on VH1's "Best Week Ever" blog, CNN Headline News (TV), and a variety of other media channels
haven’t cut any other trailers yet but the ideas are sure starting. If anyone has any questions I would be more than happy to answer all of them
I almost though it was real.
If it was, I will definitely wait for the movie release date coz I have one BIG question in mind. How would someone turn a tragic love story movie into a sci-fi one? Haha…

Superman is definitely back

late entry...
Although we were kinda disappointed that we didn't have the chance to watch the movie at Mall of Asia "Imax". We were still trilled to watch it at any cinema. Good thing we were given a free regular movie passes at Robinsons Galleria by a friend. Our first time watching a movie together after the wedding - "Superman Returns" pa!
Yesterday(june 29), was our schedule to take care of important documents pertaining to our change of status. Although it was so hot and tiring going to SSS and BIR, falling in line, and filling out forms, the excitement was already there kaya naman naging pasensyoso kami. Knowing after that, we will be seeing the best movie "for us" this year…we've waited long enough…like 19years after the last movie "superman IV…
Ok, we went straight to the Robinsons Movie World. A couple so thrilled to go inside hindi na nakakain unlike others who were able to have their lunch at the nearest resto. Haha. When it started, o well, its history…mixed emotions…I was so so so excited to the MAX, and seeing Brandon's blue eyes WOW! I almost forgot I'm married. I love Brandon Routh. His innocent looks, blue eyes, beautiful body, and the way he portrayed his role. Superman Returns is just Spectacular and Terrific. Although some says it's BITIN….well, obviously me kasunod pa.
We've seen the movie twice that same day. That should tell you, we really do like it. After the first screening, we had our wrist marked by the lady guard so that we can still come back. We had our lunch at Chef d' Angelo. The food was yummy. Ton ordered Salisbury steak and cold milk. Mine, pasta and of course can't live a day without Coke. And Oreo Cheesecake as dessert. After that? We watched the movie again.
Some reviews:
The cast is quite good but it's the story that drives the film, and this is a very personal story with lots of strong emotions. I think even a non-Superman fan would like this one. Kudos to all the filmmakers. I thought it was terrific. Bryan's love of the character comes through in every frame of film, he was the perfect choice to return Supes to the big screen. Al Gough (Executive Producer of "Smallville")
I just saw the film last night, and I have to admit I was more than pleasantly surprised. It took the best of the old films and combined it with the most modern approach to the Superman mythos - that he's a MAN first. And when he is "super," those are some S-kicking scenes! There are some great surprises in the film - stuff we never could have gotten away with - that left me in shock. This one's a winner, gang. Superman has returned. - Joe Kelly (Comic book writer)
It was like being a six year old kid again seeing SUPERMAN for the first time. The look and feel was perfect, complete with a dedication to Christopher and Dana at the end. I came out of the film remembering why I love the character." - Matthew Clark (Comic book artist)
"Superman Returns" Countdown at Niagara Falls

Ton and I had an agreement, we will buy the movie soundtrack and original DVD
Certified Superman Fanatic!

I hate it when im almost confident to get something that I wanted, then, I'll get the exact opposite.
For the whole month of June I was given the chance to have a good schedule and rest day. Because of my sched, I was able to minister and attend church for 2 consecutive weeks (still counting my last 2 weeks). Got the chance to be with my YAM friends and hve our breakfast at eastwood. Mangulit at mangasar ng mga kapatid. Magplantsa ng 1 lingong damit ni ton (but I actually love doing it for him). Bringing my favorite inaanak "Gelo" to our place and let him sleep over. Although, we don't have plans of doing it again dahil sa hindi kami pinatulog ng batang iyon. But you know, kahit inaantok kami the next day at masakit ang ulo nawala when we saw him smile at us as soon as he opened his eyes. His dimples are sooo cute.
Anyways, here's the bad news...while I was on my way to office this morning my officemate/friend texted that the sched for July is already in and that I will be on a I10 shift for the 1st week (8:15am-5:45pm) with sat / fri off. Succeeding weeks will be on a I14 shift (8:45-5:45pm) with a mon / fri off. WHAT??? I've been working real hard and this is what I get. Working for the whole month of July without a hazard pay. Meaning no taxi fare of P220 a day. That's P4600 for the whole month. I will not be able to minister nor attend church…. I wanted to cry.REALLY! I've been texting and talking to my officemates pleading to swap scheds but it seems that they love their scheds already.
I still have 2 more days before they get the swapping form and submit it to our work force.
O Lord,please help me.

I promised to post the answers to the "Lateral Thinking" quiz. Some of the answers are actually funny.
1. The man is very, very short and can only reach halfway up the elevator buttons. However,if it is raining then he will have his umbrella with him and can press the higher buttons with it.
*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*
2. The surgeon was his mother.
*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*
3. It was day time.
*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*
4. A square manhole cover can be turned and dropped down the diagonal of the manhole. A round manhole cannot be dropped down the manhole. So for safety and practicality, all manhole covers should be round.
*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*
5. The poison in the punch came from the ice cubes. When the man drnk the punch, the ice was fully frozen. Gradually it melted, poisoning the punch.
^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*
6.. The man had hiccups. The barman recognized this from his speech and drew the gun in order to give him a shock. It worked and cured the hiccups-so the man no longer needed the water.
Thanks for reading.

Not in the mood to post lately. Naglilihi ata, hahaha joke lang!
Special mention to Pearl and Chie who never stops visiting. Love you 2!
For YOU, who have come to visit, lets test your LTA “Lateral Thinking Abilities.” O well, here we go again, another brainteaser! But I had a great time answering the questions although I got only 2 correct answers.
If you are good in lateral thinking, then you can be a good strategic thinker or... be a part of Think Tank. Here is an interesting quiz.
1. There is a man who lives on the top floor of a very tall building. Everyday he gets the elevator down to the ground floor to leave the building to go to work. Upon returning from work though, he can only travel half way up in the lift and has to walk the rest of the way unless it's raining! Why?
(This is probably the best known and most celebrated of all lateral thinking puzzles. It is a true classic. Although there are many possible solutions, which fit the initial conditions, only the canonical answer is truly satisfying. )
*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*
2. A man and his son are in a car accident. The father dies on the scene, but the child is rushed to the hospital. When he arrives the surgeon says,
"I can't operate on this boy, he is my son! " How can this be?
*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*
3. A man is wearing black. black shoes, socks, trousers, lumper, gloves and balaclava. He is walking down a black street with all the street lamps off.
A black car is coming towards him with its light off but somehow manages to stop in time. How did the driver see the man?
*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*
4. Why is it better to have round manhole covers than square ones? This is logical rather than lateral, but it is a good puzzle that can be solved by lateral thinking techniques. It is supposedly used by a very well known software company as an interview question for prospective employees.
*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*
5. A man went to a party and drank some of the punch. He then left early. Everyone else at the party who drank the punch subsequently died of poisoning. Why did the man not die?
*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*
6. A man walks into a bar and asks the barman for a glass of water. The barman pulls out a gun and points it at the man. The man says 'Thank you' and walks out.
(This puzzle claims to be the best of the genre. It is simple in its statement, absolutely baffling and yet with a completely satisfying solution. Most people struggle very hard to solve this one yet they like the answer when they hear it or have the satisfaction of figuring it out. )
Think! I’ll post the answers soon…

O diba, grabe no!?
Nakakamiss yung “Stag” and ”Bridal Shower” in 1 na ginawa sa bahay.
Pakisabi nalang sakin.
